Therefore, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed or have been lost in transit. Tracking information will be sent by the courier company, as soon as the shipping label is created after order purchase.

All of our confections are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. Provenancegifts.com is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third party delivery partner, Bombax Courier LLP, cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Order cancellations or modifications such as change of delivery address or order quantity requires a notification lead time of 24 hours before the chosen delivery date.
