Founded by Ferrandi (Paris) trained chef Zainab Motiwala, Mizah is not just a celebration of India's bountiful seasonal produce but also a culmination of design, sustainability, and connections.  After returning to India in the summer of 2019, she made it her mission to find the best produce and ingredients India has to offer. She is particularly intrigued and passionate about the dynamic future of Indian food and how one can use design to adapt through experimentation and collaboration.
