MEET THE MAKERSBilli Hu was born out of Bharat Singhal's passion for good coffees. Bharat an environment designer by profession started his journey with coffee with the coffee board of India. He was working on a hypothetical retail design project for them with an aim to promote Indian grown coffees and figure out a retail strategy and design solution to support this. By the time he completed his project he gained such an interest in coffee that he decided to work with the best curers, roasters and coffee estate owners across India and bring to market local Indian coffees that were meant only for export until now.
