MEET THE MAKERS
A Diabetic Chef was founded by chef-turned-entrepreneur, teacher, motivational speaker and an author, Harsh Kedia. He was diagnosed with type 1.5 diabetes at the age of 14. He started writing blogs for people suffering from the same condition as his which eventually grew into a community of people on Facebook where Chef Harsh used to share recipes and tips on how one can avoid sugar yet enjoy the sweet delicacies. After 7 years of experiments, hard work and determination he launched 'The Diabetic Chef'.-
