Established in 2004 by a former firefighter, COCO focusses on sustainably produced and 100% natural handmade chocolate. Coco’s chocolate-making begins at the cacao’s “origin” country, typically a cacao-growing nation in South America, before the final end-product is moved and finished in Edinburgh, Scotland. This “origin-made” approach to chocolate ensures that more wealth remains within the developing economies and that cacao growing can be sustained by local farmers. Each bar of Coco Chocolate is wrapped in original works by emerging artists from around the world.
