Chulucanas 70, is an adventure in taste. It melts taking you to the mountains of the Morropon province of Peru and their much prized Criollo beans with their distinctive notes of raisins and plums. All Willie's Cacao chocolate is craft made in small batches from ‘bean to bar’ to capture the mind-blowingly different flavours of the world’s great  Single Estate cacaos. This takes up to 21 days at low temperatures, compared to industrial chocolate which is made in a few hours. The chocolate is 100% natural, containing simply cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cacao butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin to hide the beautiful flavour notes of the beans.

Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the pioneering Chocolate Man, has redefined how millions of people worldwide think about chocolate. Using only the world’s great single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients, his aim is to introduce everyone to real chocolate with pure, beautiful flavours. Willie buys his beans direct from the farmers *, then makes them into chocolate in small batches in his factory in England, using neither vanilla nor soya lecithin, so preserving the highly individual flavours of the beans. One batch may take up to 21 days compared to industrial chocolate which is made in a few hours. Good things in life are worth waiting for. Willie’s dream of making the world’s best chocolate was born on Hacienda El Tesoro, his cacao farm high in the Cloud Forest in Venezuela, and was dramatized in his television shows and cook books.
